Privacy Policy

ScopeCue is designed around private jobsite evidence. This policy describes the information ScopeCue collects and how it is used to provide site-visit capture, scope drafting, estimates, proposals, PDFs, and client proposal links.

Private client/job data is not used to train AI systems without an explicit opt-in. The app includes settings for AI data use, local export, remote export, and data deletion workflows.

Information We Process

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide the app, sync workspace records, upload private media, generate draft scopes and PDFs, deliver proposal links, notify workspace owners about client activity, debug reliability issues, prevent abuse, and honor export/delete requests.

Storage and Sharing

ScopeCue stores structured records in Cloudflare D1 and private media/PDF objects in Cloudflare R2. Public proposal links expose only the proposal content selected for that share token. Media objects remain private behind token-scoped Worker routes.

AI and Automation

Demo mode uses deterministic mock generation. Live AI or transcription providers may process selected evidence only when configured and enabled. Users can opt out of AI data use where the app provides that setting.

Your Controls

Users can export local data in the app. Authenticated workspaces can request remote export and deletion from Settings. Deletion revokes share links, scrubs notification tokens, and removes or soft-deletes workspace records according to the backend deletion workflow.
